Marketing and Management Majors

1. Fully responsible for the market sales and operation management of the entire range of Emperor's products (wax products, leisure, self heating, Western style food) in the market under his jurisdiction, formulating and implementing quarterly and monthly sales plans for the products, effectively executing and achieving the company's sales goals within the predetermined time; 2. According to the company's marketing strategy, enhance sales value, expand sales in the area responsible for the product, and expand market share; 3. Coordinate the regional management team, cultivate the regional management team, and develop and implement various management performance indicators for the development, management, maintenance, and service of regional market customers; 4. Fully responsible for regional sales and market development operations, including planning, organization, progress control, supervision and review, regularly reporting management work and results to headquarters, executing and implementing work tasks issued by headquarters; 5. Strictly implement the company's various management rules and regulations, continuously improve the operational management system of urban areas, and effectively improve the efficiency and effectiveness of regional market management work.

1. College degree or above, major in marketing or management is preferred; 2. At least 5 years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, and at least 3 years of experience in the same position; 3. Having experience in fast moving consumer goods industry or channel sales, as well as regional sales management, is a plus, familiar with terminal business processes; 4. Having experience in developing and managing distributors, familiar with business negotiations, able to withstand strong work pressure; 5. Good communication and negotiation skills, internal coordination skills, clear thinking, diligent and pragmatic, excellent moral character, and emphasis on teamwork spirit; 6. Has innovative thinking, strong achievement motivation, self driven and execution ability.
